How far in advance should I reserve my rental?

We recommend booking your rental as soon as possible.  This will ensure the rental you’d like is available on the day of your event.  Depending on the season, we can book up very quickly!

We require at least 7 days notice in order to book online.  Anything that does not have at least 7 days notice requires you to contact us.

When is payment due?

A deposit is due upon booking in order to secure equipment on the requested date with the balance due one day before your event.  Your deposit is non-refundable and counts towards your total balance due.  If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be held and can be used for another date of your choosing, so long as the requested rental is available on that date.  

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Zelle & Venmo.  We can also accept Crypto currencies.
Can I keep the rental overnight?

At this time we do not offer overnight rentals. 

What if there is inclement weather on my rental day?
We understand that weather plays a big part on your plans for many event rentals.  We monitor weather closely throughout our season and will contact you if we will not be delivering your rental items. 

Occasionally, we must pick up rental equipment earlier than expected due to impending storms. We will work with you to try and provide as much rental time as possible.
Is setup available in public parks or places?

Yes, however certain permits and licenses may apply for which the customer is responsible for.  We will assist you with the process as needed.

Who is responsible for underground utilities?

Customers are responsible for marking private underground utilities prior to event rental date.  Please visit the following link for more information on requesting marking services.
